Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BERMO Collective LLC. They govern your use of BERMO Collective LLC (“BERMO,” “we,” “us”) and our website and services. By using the site you agree to these terms. Questions? Email lexi@bermoco.com.
What we provide
BERMO. is a talent and growth marketplace for founder-led companies. We provide a brand audit and gap scan, connect you with vetted specialists and permanent hires, and deliver growth and recruiting services. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees for paid engagements are agreed in a separate proposal or order.
Audit and scan results
The brand audit and gap scan are directional reads of your public information, intended to surface likely opportunities. They are estimates, not guarantees of any specific outcome, revenue, or result. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.
Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse it.
- Provide accurate information when you submit a form, audit, or request.
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The BERMO. name, brand, site, content, and methods are owned by BERMO. and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables and ownership for paid engagements are addressed in your engagement agreement.
Disclaimers
The site and free tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BERMO. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free tools. Liability for any paid engagement is governed by that engagement agreement.
Fees and payment
Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice. Unless stated otherwise there, invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice, and work is scoped and delivered per the written agreement for that engagement.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the terms of the applicable agreement. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting each other first.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
