I walk into a brand, a restaurant, a town I've never been to and within five minutes I know what's working, what's a miss, and what would fix it. I've found brands before they were brands. Called trends before they trended. It didn't take long for my husband to stop doubting it, admit he may have been wrong (I know!) through a lot of "okay fine, you were right." I don't predict the future. I just pay attention in a way most people don't.

If it's off, I feel it before anyone can name it. Someone shows me their brand and I immediately feel the gap. Not what they're doing wrong, but what they don't know they're missing yet. The niche that's sitting right there. The customer they're walking past. The thing that would make this actually theirs. Girl World taught me to read a room fast. Turns out that transfers. The curse: my brain doesn't stop until it's solved. Ask anyone who has sat next to me when I'm on to something big.

I actually care. Like genuinely. I root for people. Not the loudest ones in the room. The ones who are quietly building something real and just need someone to believe in it as much as they do. I've shown up for people in moments that had nothing to do with business, because that's just how I'm wired. The work is personal to me because the people are personal to me. Most people just need someone in their corner.

Millennial, raised on "find your passion," strong work ethic, boomer loyalty baked in. Add a strong Gen Z aura and you get the perfect mixture. My phone may always be missing. My keys are not where I left them. But I just connected something from a conversation we had, a trend I noticed a subtle buzz on, to a problem you have right now. It looks like chaos. From the inside it's just signal over structure.
