BERMO Collective LLC (“BERMO,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email lexi@bermoco.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone, company, website, and anything you type into a brand audit, gap scan, contact form, or pod request.
- Audit and scan inputs. The website URL and details you submit so we can read your public site and produce your results.
- Usage information. Basic analytics such as pages viewed and general location, collected to improve the site.
How we use it
- To run your brand audit or gap scan and send you the results.
- To respond to you, follow up, and provide the services you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and offerings.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to provide the service: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google Analytics (site usage measurement, only with your consent), Calendly (call scheduling), and the AI model that reads your public site when you request a gap scan. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal cookies and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics runs only after you accept it in the consent notice shown on your first visit, and you can decline it there or opt out later by clearing the choice in your browser. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of follow-up communication, by emailing lexi@bermoco.com.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests for everyone, not just where the law requires it. Email lexi@bermoco.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will reflect any changes.
