Win a BERMO Business-Growth Package

One potential winner is selected at random from eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. BERMO's decisions on eligibility and administration are final.

Eligible entries are exported and numbered, and the winner is drawn with a random number generator. We keep a timestamped record and screenshots of the qualifying entry. The winner is contacted by Instagram DM and email, and announced on the giveaway post.

Within 72 hours of notification the potential winner must:

• Reply to BERMO's winner notification.
• Confirm they are a legal U.S. resident, 18 or older, and an owner or authorized representative of their business.
• Provide any identity, eligibility, and tax information reasonably requested.
• Sign BERMO's Prize Acceptance and Release and the project Scope of Work.
• Choose one package and provide required assets, access, and approvals.

Failure to respond or complete the required documents by the deadline, inability to verify eligibility, refusal to accept the stated scope, or violation of these rules may result in forfeiture, and BERMO may select an alternate winner.

The project start date is scheduled with the winner within 30 days of prize acceptance. Services must be used within 3 months of that start date. Winner caused delays, including incomplete content, missing access, or delayed approvals, may delay delivery or forfeit any unused portion. The winner is responsible for costs outside the stated scope.

1. Sponsor and promotion

Official promotion name: the BERMO × The Money Hungry Mama Giveaway. Sponsor is BERMO Collective LLC, New Hampshire. The Money Hungry Mama participates as a promotional partner and is not the sponsor of this giveaway.

2. Giveaway period

Begins August 16, 2026 at 8:00 PM and ends August 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries outside the period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Legal residents of the United States, 18 or older at entry.
• Entrant must be a business owner or authorized representative of a business.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family and household members of BERMO Collective LLC, The Money Hungry Mama, and participating companies are not eligible.

4. How to enter

The entry method above, the extra entry calculation, the 10 entry cap, and the private account Story verification form part of these Official Rules. No automated, bulk, deceptive, duplicate, or fraudulent entry is permitted. Entries generated by script or other automated means are void, as are entries from giveaway only, fake, or spam accounts.

5. Prize

One (1) winner receives one (1) BERMO package from the three options above. Total approximate value $2,000 to $4,000 depending on the package chosen.

• The winner may select only one package.
• Prize is not cash, not transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for other BERMO services.
• Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
• The winner is responsible for taxes, travel, paid tools, subscriptions, hosting, domain, ad spend, third party services, or out of scope work.
• No result is guaranteed, including any ranking, visibility, lead, sale, follower, revenue, or profitability outcome.

6. Winner selection and notification

Selected at random from eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Notified by Instagram DM and email within 3 business days of the draw, with 72 hours to claim. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, cannot be verified, declines, or does not complete the documents by the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is under no obligation to award a prize if no eligible winner claims it.

7. Project terms

The project start date is scheduled with the winner within 30 days of prize acceptance. Services must be used within 3 months of that start date. Revision limits, scope boundaries, and access and approval requirements are as stated in each package and in the signed Scope of Work. Winner caused delays may delay delivery or forfeit the unused portion.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. A Form W-9 may be required before services begin, and Sponsor may issue tax reporting as required by law.

9. Publicity

Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and business name. Any broader use of the winner's testimonial, project work, results, or a full case study requires separate, optional written consent, which is not a condition of receiving the prize.

10. Privacy

Entry information is used only to administer this giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the winner, and retained only as long as needed for administration and legal or tax records. Entrants are not added to any BERMO email or SMS marketing list unless they separately opt in. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Release and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its partners are not responsible for technical failures, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, platform outages, fraud, or the winner's use of the prize. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its partners from any claim arising out of participation or the acceptance or use of a prize.

12. Right to modify

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, legal requirement, or any other circumstance compromises fair operation.

13. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, subject to applicable law.

14. Winner list

For the winner's first name, last initial, and business name, email lexi@bermoco.com with the subject Giveaway Winner List within 60 days after the giveaway closes.

15. Platform release and non affiliation

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or any other social-media platform. By entering, each participant releases Instagram, Meta, Facebook, and their respective affiliates from responsibility for this promotion.

We collect only what Instagram shows us for entry verification: your handle, your comment, and your Story share if you send it. It is used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner, and kept only as long as needed for administration and legal or tax records.
