Ramsi × BERMO · Hospitality technology

Building the digital foundation for the next stage of growth.

Ramsi had already built sophisticated AI technology for hotel revenue management. The next step was making sure its website, messaging and online presence reflected the strength of the product, and made it easier for the right hotel buyers to find and understand it.

The work

What we built

We didn't approach Ramsi as a website redesign. We looked at the full path between someone discovering the company and understanding why they should consider it. BERMO rebuilt the website and the systems behind it around how Ramsi's buyers actually research, what they ask before buying, and how Google and AI now find and understand companies.

Built for the buyer

  • A custom website built around Ramsi's existing technology, with clearer positioning and buyer language.
  • 31 buyer questions answered directly on the site. The system automatically makes new answers readable by Google and AI, with no new development each time.
  • Google and AI setup, so the right hotel buyers find and understand Ramsi wherever they search.

Built for the team

  • Content and event systems the Ramsi team can update themselves.
  • Search measurement, so the team can see what is working.
  • Training so the team knows what to watch and how to keep building on the work.
  • A review of existing marketing spend that identified $25K to move toward work with clearer, measurable results.

The technical foundation

Behind the scenes: JSON-LD, schema, search and AI answer optimization, crawler access, indexing, redirects and measurement. The website reached 100/100 for Google SEO and Best Practices, passed Core Web Vitals, and all 12 core pages passed structured data testing with zero errors.

Where the next growth sits

The work also gave Ramsi a clearer picture of where its next growth opportunity sits.

With the website foundation in place, the next opportunity is building more third party visibility through hotel reviews, industry platforms such as G2, Capterra and Hotel Tech Report, buyer specific pages, and better tracking between website visits and leads. That's where Phase 2 builds from.

Phase 1: Foundation built
Phase 2: Growth in progress
What our partner says

Lexi did an outstanding job on our new website. She helped us think through not just the design, but also the branding, messaging, and SEO needed to better communicate who we are and what we do.
