Highlights and notes

"Lexi did an outstanding job on our new website. She helped us think through not just the design, but also the branding, messaging, and SEO needed to better communicate who we are and what we do."

The objective

Build a website and grow visibility, so Ramsi was found, understood, and chosen by buyers, by Google, and by AI.

Opportunities the Gap Scan found
  • Unify the brand: make the branding consistent and marketed to the buyer, Google, and AI.
  • Open the AI channel: buyers had moved to ChatGPT and Perplexity, so the site needed to be structured for AI to read, quote, and recommend.
  • Reallocate the spend: find where the gaps were and point spend at the tasks with the highest return.
What we deployed
  • Full strategy-led rebuild: market strategy, UI/UX, branding, and buyer-first messaging.
  • Target market strategy that set the messaging, so every page spoke to the real buyer.
  • Custom coded website, built and staged on the platform their team already used, while staying fully readable by AI.
  • Structured data on every page, an llms.txt, and AI crawler access.
  • Trained the team to manage the project and maintenance for phase 1.

The story.

Ramsi came to BERMO. with an amazing product, looking to grow visibility and update their website. While we started with the website, BERMO.'s gap scan and pattern recognition grew the project to close the visibility gaps on both the buyer side and the SEO and GEO side, so Ramsi was found and understood, and its site was built to convert.

The gap scan came first. It ranked every gap by return: identity, message, structure, then visibility. The relaunch shipped as one move: new UX and brand, buyer-first copy, structured data on all 12 pages, an llms.txt for AI crawlers, and the search plumbing wired and verified in Google and Bing.

Four weeks later the client's own analytics told the story. Clicks from Google rose 71%. The #1 keyword went from unranked to Top 3. And a channel that did not exist before launch appeared in Google Analytics: "AI Assistant." Buyers were now arriving from ChatGPT. Phase 2 is underway.
